Box Office Information
The Box Office at Addition Financial Arena is located right in front of the arena off of East Plaza Drive. During regular business hours, free parking is available in Garage F behind the arena (except on event days).
Addition Financial Arena's Box Office does not process ticket orders over the phone. But for ticket related inquiries only, please call 407-823-6006.
Box Office Hours
Monday-Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
On weekend event days, our box office windows will open 4 hours prior to the start of the event.*
For weekday events, box office hours will be extended through the start of the show.
*Please note on some events that begin prior to 12pm, the box office may open only 2 hours prior to the event. Be sure to check the event page for specific information.
How to Buy Tickets
Tickets for Addition Financial Arena events may be purchased online via Ticketmaster or at the Box Office.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Addition Financial Arena Box Office. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current valid government-issued ID is required for pick up.
Forms of Payment
Addition Financial Arena is a cashless facility. The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No cash or checks are accepted. We are currently not accepting Apple Pay.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase for updated ticketing details specific to that event.
Replacement Tickets
If you purchased tickets through Addition Financial Arena's Box Office or Ticketmaster and need them reprinted for any reason, please show your proof of purchase and ID at the box office for assistance. Tickets purchased via third party sources cannot be reprinted and we will not assist.
Mobile Entry Only
Please note that Addition Financial Arena events are mobile-only ticketing which means for new ticket purchases, your mobile phone is your ticket. Tickets will no longer be available to print at home, through email or by mail. Screenshots will also NOT work when scanning your tickets.
Before arriving at your event, please download the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device and locate your tickets in your account. Save your tickets in your mobile wallet on your phone before arriving at the venue. Upon arrival, you will pull up your tickets from your mobile wallet, present them to the ticket scanner who will scan the barcode, and you’re in.
Child Ticket Policy
Children UNDER two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
For family shows, children UNDER (1) year of age are admitted free of charge, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
Age limit is subject to change based on show promoter policy. Please check the specific event page on Addition Financial Arena's website for any revised age restrictions for that event.
Accessible Seating
ADA Accessible seating is available on Addition Financial Arena's main concourse level on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure that patrons with seating accessibility issues, disabilities, limited mobility and their guests have the same opportunities to enjoy any event within Addition Financial Arena, ADA ticket sales are available in person at the box office and online via Ticketmaster.

Secondary Ticket Market- Buyer Beware
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent of Addition Financial Arena. Addition Financial Arena does not recommend purchasing tickets from the secondary market. Tickets purchased through the secondary market have the chance of being counterfeit and may not be valid for entry to the event. We will not be able to troubleshoot any issues with tickets purchased from the secondary market.
